We strongly believe that teachers are the second authority over children after parents. A teacher greatly influences a child by his conduct and attitude.The teachers teaching in poor localities are not very qualified and are in the profession of teaching out of economic compulsions. These schools do not offer their teachers conducive environment for learning.

We believe that a good teacher should be a good learner too. To develop that spark of learning , enthusiasm and energy , ‘The Submission’ is running a project called“Teachers’ Hall of Excellence”where regular training sessions and workshops are organized. Teachers are given awards in formally held awards ceremony on the basis of their performance and participation.The idea is that teachers, who are generally found to be shy, hesitant and lack enthusiasm, get a good exposure while participating in the entire selection process.
